We offer a range of employability services for our customers and the wider public across the Tees Valley.

We’re here to help you achieve your career goals and hit personal targets. Our employability service supports people who are not in employment, education or training, as well as anyone looking to change career or find a new job.

Services we offer

By signing up to our employability service you can access:

  • personalised support from a dedicated caseworker for up to nine months
  • help with CVs, job applications and interview skills  
  • a host of exclusive employment, education, and training opportunities
  • volunteering and peer mentor placements
  • 6 months of additional support when you are in your new job

No matter where your starting point is, we can give you a helping hand to get to where you want to be in life. We support people of all ages and from a range of backgrounds so don’t let obstacles get in the way and stop you from achieving your full potential.

If you’re not currently working or have health conditions preventing you from work, we offer fully funded, flexible support to help you reach your potential in all aspects of life.
