You can find details about when Thirteen's offices and customer services will be open.

Our offices will be closed from 5pm on Friday 23 August and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 27 August.

Our contact team will be taking calls till 8pm on the Friday and ready to answer your calls from 8am on Tuesday.

Our opening times over the Bank Holiday will be:

  • Monday 26 August: closed
  • Tuesday 27 August: open as normal: offices open from 9am and the customer contact centre from 8am.

During the Bank Holiday weekend, you can contact us for emergency repairs or Homecall and assistive technology only at:

Sheltered, supported and extra care housing schemes remain open over the Bank Holiday.
