We know you’ll have many questions about the COVID-19 virus, which is commonly known as coronavirus.

17 Mar 2020

We wanted to let you know we are continuing to put plans in place, so we’re prepared, and we’ll update this page with any significant changes in services.

We’re continuing to monitor the daily updates on COVID-19 from the government and the NHS as well as following advice from Public Health England.

In the meantime, the main thing you can do to take care and protect yourself and others is by making sure you follow the government guidance on hygiene.

This includes washing your hands properly with soap and water, immediately throwing away used tissues and taking extra care when you cough or sneeze. This guidance can be found here.

Please be aware that we may ask if you or anyone in your household is currently self-isolating due to the Corona Virus or if have you been advised to do so by your GP or NHS in relation to the coronavirus/Covid19. If this is the case, we ask that you let us know immediately by calling 0300 111 1000.
