As we get closer to Christmas, we’re sharing the full details of our opening times over the festive period.

Managing your account through My Thirteen

You can check your account, make a payment or book a routine repair by visiting to do this easily whenever you want, from wherever you are during the festive period.

Calls to our touchpoint service centre

We’re operating as normal until noon on Christmas Eve. Please see the opening times below for calls to 0300 111 1000 over the Christmas period. Outside of these times, we’ll only be taking emergency repairs calls, which will be taken by our out of hours team:

  • Friday 24 December, 8am to noon
  • Monday 27 December, closed (bank holiday)
  • Tuesday 28 December, closed (bank holiday)
  • Wednesday 29 December, 8am to 7pm
  • Thursday 30 December, 8am to 7pm
  • Friday 31 December, 8am to noon
  • Monday 3 January, closed (bank holiday)

From Tuesday 4 January onwards, we’re back to being open from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Our touchpoint stores

Our Stockton touchpoint store will close at noon on Christmas Eve and then re-open at on Wednesday 29 December. Our store opening hours are:

  • Friday 24 December: 9am to noon
  • Monday 27 December, closed (bank holiday)
  • Tuesday 28 December, closed (bank holiday)
  • Wednesday 29 December, 9am to 5pm
  • Thursday 30 December, 9am to 5pm
  • Friday 31 December, 9am to noon
  • Monday 3 January, closed (bank holiday)

We are open for drop-in visits during the above operating times, subject to social distancing restrictions, or customers can book an appointment to see us face-to-face in store or for a virtual appointment online by email or call us on 0300 111 1000.

Housing services

Our housing services teams will be available during the above operating hours to carry out visits, support customers and respond to any customer enquiries and urgent issues.  

Repairs, voids and periodic inspections

From 29 to 31 December, we’re still carrying out scheduled routine repairs. If you need an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 111 1000.

If it’s out of the above operating hours don’t worry, you’ll get through to a colleague from our out of hours team who will be able to help you.

Sheltered, supported and extra care housing schemes remain open over the festive period to carry on supporting customers.
