Self Service website launch

We have just launched the Thirteen Self Service website for customers.

This is the first phase of our drive to provide a better online service for customers, enabling you to carry out a range of tasks online.

This phase of Thirteen’s web Self Service project will give customers the ability to:

  • view and update personal and contact details 
  • view the rent account and payment history
  • request a repair and view repair history
  • view details of their tenancy, add household members and tell us about your intention to leave
  • report anti-social behaviour complaints 
  • send compliments, comments and complaints
  • link to online payments 
  • contact us for anything to do with your home or tenancy.

The Self Service website brings a range of benefits for customers. Customers will be able to access services, find out information and carry out a range of tasks at a time and place that suits you.

Customers need to log onto the site using your tenancy number. You can see the log-in page of the site at
