- view the rent account and payment history
- request a repair and view repair history
- view details of their tenancy, add household members and tell us about your intention to leave
- report anti-social behaviour complaints
- send compliments, comments and complaints
- link to online payments
- contact us for anything to do with your home or tenancy.
The Self Service website brings a range of benefits for customers. Customers can access services, find out information and carry out a range of tasks at a time and place that suits you.
Customers need to log onto the site using your tenancy number. You can see the log-in page of the site at https://selfservice.thirteengroup.co.uk
You can get more details on the Self Service webpage.
