Asset planning roles

Calling all Asset Planning professionals! Have you seen the great opportunities available within our Asset Team at Thirteen?

The roles we have available are:

At Thirteen we recognise that the quality of our neighbourhoods is as important as the quality of housing itself, and in-turn, that this contributes to people’s quality of life. We can’t create a sense of community, but we can help create the conditions to help make that happen.

That’s why we put neighbourhoods at the heart of everything we do, ensuring we work with partners to deliver what’s right to help communities thrive. We are set to continue to maintain and invest in our properties and estates and provide a range of new homes and tenures to address the housing needs in our operating area.

By being more efficient, we’ll invest in neighbourhoods to improve the housing offer, the environment, and provide employment opportunities to make a major contribution to the regeneration of the communities we work in across the Tees Valley and in our expanding footprint such as Yorkshire.

We have a long-term investment programme of over £1bn to update our homes and we’re starting to pilot new investment initiatives within our neighbourhoods such as street cleaning to improve the areas for customers. We also have an ambitious five-year asset management strategy which represents a significant step-change in the way we will view, assess, and manage our stock.

Ambitious people

To take forward our asset management approach, we have exciting opportunities for equally ambitious individuals.

We’re looking for enthusiastic leaders to take our assets forward in new directions, using technology, information, and data to achieve better outcomes for Thirteen and our customers. We want to have end-to-end oversight of the asset life cycle, from the standards/specification of new homes, through maintenance and investment, and feeding into options appraisal as and when required.

These roles attract some great benefits and are flexible, allowing some home and some office-working.
