We have an exciting opportunity within our Assets directorate for an ambitious individual who is an enthusiastic leader and who can take our Facilities Management service in new directions, utilising technology, information, and data to achieve better outcomes for Thirteen and our customers; supporting the business with important enabling services which in turn help colleagues deliver positive outcomes for customers.

There are some important strategic projects sitting within this service area including the evolution of our commercial portfolio, contract management and mobilisation of our managed stores provision, the management of our van fleet and ensuring that services delivered direct to customers through service charges continue to deliver sufficient quality at value for money.

This function will lead on supply chain management, building support services, estates management and advising on our commercial portfolio including our ultra-modern operational headquarters, Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough.
