Personal alarm service

Thirteen’s personal alarm call service helps older and vulnerable people to live independently at home.

We provide a 24/7 emergency personal alarm service to support people living in Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool and across Teesside and North East England.

We know that it can be difficult and expensive to arrange round-the-clock care for older and vulnerable people. The personal alarm call service provides peace of mind to you and your family if you’re worried that someone you know could be affected by slips, falls, accidents or sudden health problems.

The service enables independent living with the benefit of care services when needed.

Alarm call services on offer

We give customers a personal alarm pendant to carry around the home.

If someone has an emergency or a fall, they simply press the homecall button on their personal alarm to contact one of our members of staff.

We will then either visit the customer's home or arrange the help needed.
