Support to Stay, Tees Valley

The Support to Stay project offers support for tenants of Thirteen within their own home to address any issues affecting their tenancy.

The support is for tenants who are at risk of losing their home for a range of reasons and offers to tackle home conditions, finances issues, welfare benefits, health issues, tenancy management, neighbour disputes and anti-social behaviour.

The service is offered for three to six months to help people address the issues affecting their tenancy. If needed, Support to Stay will refer you onto longer-term services to give you the support you need in future.

Move-on options

Plans for moving on are agreed with clients. We can also refer people to other services to make sure tenancies can be sustained in the long-term.
