We want to make sure that our processes for dealing with damp and mould concerns are effective and meet customers’ expectations.

We have an exciting new opportunity for you to get involved and have your say on an important service that is offered by Thirteen.
We want to make sure that our processes for dealing with damp and mould concerns are effective and meet customers’ expectations.
We’re looking for customers who would be interested in being involved in or carrying out an in-depth review to:
a) Look at how we manage and process repairs, complaints and claims relating to dampness and mould; and
b) Review our asset management damp and condensation investigation process to make sure it’s fit for purpose.
This project will be carried out online via meetings on Microsoft Teams, however, we also need customers to complete surveys, read documents and carry out some Mystery shopping. You can choose how much or how little you do to help us.
The meeting will take place via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 29th July at 1.00pm
