At Thirteen, we’re a housing association with a difference. We believe every relationship matters, choices can make a difference and we can change things for the better.

Our business is focused on our customers and that’s why we want to ensure you can have the opportunity to have input into the impact we make.

Our strategic plan centres around our vision, mission and values and on delivering projects under three priorities:

• Great customer experience
• Providing quality places to live and improving neighbourhoods
• Being Team Thirteen

We’re making great progress with the projects that sit under these priorities and that’s why this year, we’re committed to not making any major changes or additions to our strategic plan.

What we’re still committed to though, is hearing your voice. You’re the people that use our services in, day out, so making sure you have an input is vital.

We want as many of you as possible to give your thoughts on the outcomes we should all be seeing through the activities we’re already doing.

That’s why we’d love to welcome you to an event arranged for Wednesday 29th January at the Phoenix Centre, in Hartlepool from 2pm to 4pm, so we can get your thoughts on some questions we have for customers. 

People will be on hand to gather your views and it’d be great to see you - so come along for a cuppa and have a say on what we deliver for you and our communities.
