Each housing services co-ordinator covers a specific area which they know well and they regularly visit estates making it easy for you to contact them if you have a concern about your tenancy or neighbourhood.

They can help you deal with problems or get in touch with other people who can help.

You can meet your housing services co-ordinator on one of their regular walkabouts on your estate.
