Customer open day is a great success! [Archived]

The morning began with Chris Smith, our deputy chief executive, who looked back on the year 2022. Next to speak was our new chief executive, Matt Forrest, who discussed our priorities for next year. Then we heard from our involved customers about the fantastic work they have been doing in recent months. The morning ended with a presentation from our guest speaker Kate Dodsworth. As the director of consumer regulation at the Regulator of Social Housing, Kate talked to customers about the regulator's role, the introduction of tenant satisfaction measures and changes to consumer standards.

Angela Corner, head of community resilience, delivered the afternoon session. It included a great presentation and discussions on the support available from Thirteen and other organisations to help customers with the cost of living.
