Calls to our touchpoint service centre

Our touchpoint service centre is open for calls to 0300 111 1000:

• Thursday 14 April, 8am to 7pm
• Friday 15 April, closed (bank holiday)
• Saturday 16 April, 9am to 3pm
• Sunday 17 April, closed
• Monday 18 April, closed (bank holiday)
• Tuesday 19 April, 8am to 7pm

Remember we may be busier than usual on Tuesday 19 April when we reopen at 8am.  If your call is not an emergency, why not call later in the week when lines may not be as busy.

Emergency repairs

If you need an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 111 1000. If it’s over the bank holiday weekend don’t worry, you’ll get through to a colleague from our out of hours team.

Don’t forget you can book a routine repair through My Thirteen too.
