To ensure we protect our customers and colleagues as much as possible, we’ve had to take the decision to close our offices and customer service points and move to emergency repairs only - but we’re still delivering services.

We've updated the information for customers with details about support available for paying rents, revised frequently asked questions and guidance from the government for landlords and tenants.

We’re working very hard to address a wide range of issues, so thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time.
