Starting from 15 November, a company called ARP Research will be contacting some customers on our behalf over the next few weeks.

We are committed to listening to customer views on the services we provide and the information that customers give to ARP Research will only be used to help inform improvements to our services.

The answers that customers give will be strictly confidential.
