Improvements to self-service website

Over the next few days, Thirteen is working to improve its self-service website for customers.

The current self-service website has been in operation for around two years and allows customer to report a range of issues online.

During the weekend of 20 and 21 October, the site is getting a major facelift to make sure that it is more attractive and easier to use. During the upgrade, the self-service website will be unavailable from the afternoon of Friday 19 October. The new version will be live from Monday 22 October.

The updated self-service website will help you to carry out tasks such as:

  • requesting a repair and viewing the repair history
  • linking to pay your rent online
  • reporting anti-social behaviour
  • viewing rent account and payment history
  • viewing and updating personal and contact details
  • viewing details about tenancies, adding household members and telling us about leaving the property
  • sending compliments, comments and complaints
  • contacting us for anything to do with the home and tenancy.
