Six highlights from our ESG Report 2024/25

Our ESG Report for 2024/25 is full of examples of how we made a positive difference last year - here are six of the best:

• we insulated lofts in 771 homes (that means warmer, more energy efficient homes for our customers)
• we helped 865 people into employment or training
• we helped 1,200 customers increase their income by a total of £746,000
• we reported 75.13% of our homes are rated EPC Band C or higher (and we’re on track to get all of our homes to that standard by 2030)
• our solar PV systems generated 944 megawatts of electricity
• our furniture 'starter packs' scheme ended its third year having helped more than 360 customers and their families and upcycled more than 100 tonnes of furniture
