STAR customer satisfaction survey

Starting from 18 April, some of our customers will be contacted to take part in a short telephone survey.

A sample of 1,500 Thirteen Group customers will be called at home by research company The Leadership Factor (TLF) to go through the STAR customer satisfaction survey.

Tenants will be asked a number of questions about our services and the answers they give will be used to improve the services we provide.

The answers given will be confidential and will only be used to help with the survey.
