STAR customer satisfaction survey

Starting from 3 September, some of our customers will be contacted to take part in a short telephone survey.

A sample of around 1,000 customers of Thirteen will be called at home by research company The Leadership Factor (TLF) to complete the STAR customer satisfaction survey.

If you are called, the company will introduce themselves as The Leadership Factor and that they are ringing on behalf of Thirteen.

Customers will be asked a number of questions about our services and the answers they give will be used to improve the services we provide. The answers given will be confidential and will only be used to help with the survey.

TLF will be calling customers until 28 September.
