Stockton store to reopen for customer appointments

Thirteen's Stockton store is now open for prearranged appointments.

Following the latest government guidelines about the reopening of shops in England, a team of our hosts and members of our employability team are available to meet safely with customers and support with any Thirteen queries.

Located on Stockton High Street, our store is in a prime position for customers to get in touch with us face-to-face safely.

Customers can meet with us in store to find out more about our homes and support services, manage their account, report a repair, get support with jobs and training opportunities and access their My Thirteen account.

To keep our customers and colleagues safe, there will be a number of measures in place, including:

  • The store is open for appointments only. Customers planning to visit will need to get in touch beforehand to book a face to face appointment with a host or a member of the employability team
     
  • Staff members and customers need to wear a face covering at all times while in the store
     
  • Social distancing guidelines must be followed
     
  • A one-way system is in place, with separate entry and exit points and two metre social distancing markers
     
  • A full time building support team member is based in the store to keep all areas clean
     
  • Anti-bac stations are available throughout the building

The store is open for appointments from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Our Stockton store is located at 145 Stockton High Street, next to ‘the hub’ (cycling and walking centre).
