Family crisis intervention, Stockton
This service is available for families with children under the age of 19 who are tenants of Thirteen in Stockton.
The support is for families to help them maintain their tenancy and stay in their home. The service works toreduce anti-social behaviour or offending, tackle finance and benefit issues, and offer support on further education, training and employment.
The family must also be at risk of eviction due to rent arrears and/or anti-social behaviour and have either a secure or introductory tenancy.
Family members are encouraged to engage in positive activities, improve school attendance and reduce the risk of children being taken into care.
We can provide the service for up to two years or longer if appropriate.
Move-on options
Plans for moving-on from the scheme are agreed with you when you’re close to completing their independence plan. We can also refer you to other services when you leave the scheme.
