Fire safety
Keeping you safe in your home is a priority for us, so it’s important that we work together to protect you and your family in the event of a fire.
As a responsible landlord we must comply with all our legal responsibilities to keep you safe. So, we carry out fire risk assessments in all of our communal buildings, where they’re needed, and we follow up any actions.
These safety checks help us identify any fire hazards and what improvements can be made.
The assessments look at how the building is managed and what can be done to reduce the risk of a fire starting.
We own or manage 78 properties, which are now classified as complex buildings, due to their layout and customer vulnerability. This includes 18 properties which are six storeys or above. You can find the fire risk assessments for those properties below.
If you have any concerns about fire safety in your home or live in one of our communal buildings which isn’t listed below and would like a fire risk assessment for your building, please contact us.
