Fire safety
It is important that we work together to protect you and your family in the event of a fire in your home.
We must follow our legal responsibilities to keep you safe. We carry out fire risk assessments in all our communal buildings, where they are needed and we follow up any actions.
These safety checks help us identify fire hazards and improvements that can be made.
We own or manage a high number of properties, which are classified as complex buildings. This is due to their layout and customer vulnerability. This includes a number of properties which are six storeys or above. You can find the fire risk assessments for our high-rise buildings below.
Please contact our building safety team on 0300 111 1000, if you:
- Have any concerns about fire safety in your home
- If you live in one of our communal buildings and you would like a fire risk assessment for your building.
