We’ve listened to your feedback and we’re taking our services on the road to make it easier for you to speak to us face to face.
Our mobile touchpoint van is visiting communities across the region, giving you a simple way to:
- report a repair
- give feedback
- talk about your tenancy
- find a new home to rent or buy
- get employment support
We’ll be popping up throughout the year in areas that aren’t close to a Thirteen store or community hub, so you can get the help you need without travelling far.
