Our Touchpoint stores: A 2025 round-up

Throughout 2025, our stores continued to play a key role in helping customers get the support they need, closer to home.

Across the year, our teams have supported more than 26,446 customers through our Touchpoint stores and mobile Touchpoint.

Whether it was a quick question about a tenancy, a conversation about finding a home, or help with a repair, our hosts were there to offer support, advice and reassurance.

Bringing some joy along the way

It’s been another fun year, too. As part of our seasonal events and in‑store campaigns, we handed out prizes to over 50 customers. These included:

  • Love2Shop vouchers
  • Cinema tickets
  • Themed hampers
  • Arts and craft kits
  • And our big summer prize, a family ticket to Flamingo Land!

These giveaways helped bring a little extra cheer and gave us more opportunities to chat with customers and hear what matters most to them.

It was our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our customers.

Our stores and mobile Touchpoint remain an integral part of staying connected to the communities we serve. As we move into 2026, we’ll continue to offer welcoming, accessible places for customers to get the support they need at a time that works for them.
