My Thirteen site

Customers of Thirteen can carry out a range of tasks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the My Thirteen self-service website.

We’re replacing old self-service website with the new My Thirteen site.

If you’re registered on the self-service site, our team will contact you about activating your My Thirteen account. Alternatively, log-onto the site as normal and you'll find instructions about how to register for My Thirteen.

For customers who aren't registered on the self-service site, look out for details about how to register with My Thirteen coming soon. In the meantime, for any Thirteen service, please see the customer section of the website or contact us.

Registered customers can use My Thirteen to:

  • link to pay your rent online
  • view your rent account and payment history 
  • view and update your personal and contact details
  • view details about your tenancy, add household members and tell us if you want to leave your home
  • send compliments, comments and complaints 
  • contact us for anything to do with your home or tenancy.
