My Thirteen site
Customers of Thirteen can carry out a range of tasks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the My Thirteen self-service website.
We’re replacing the old self-service website with the new My Thirteen site.
If you’re registered on the self-service site, our team will contact you about activating your My Thirteen account. Alternatively, log-onto the site as normal and you'll find instructions about how to register for My Thirteen.

My Thirteen offers you
Registered customers can use My Thirteen to:
- log a repair on your home
- apply for a home
- link to pay your rent online
- view your rent account and payment history
- view and update your personal and contact details
- view details about your tenancy, add household members and tell us if you want to leave your home.
