Our Business Strategy 2024–2035 is built on our three foundations: Happy customers, Fantastic homes, and Brilliant people. 

We’ve listened to feedback from customers, colleagues and partners to make this strategy shorter, simpler and easier to understand. 

To do the best for our customers, we need to understand what matters to them. That’s why we’ve used insight and feedback to shape our plans, including:
