We want to make sure our services meet your expectations and the best way to do that is by listening to you.

Getting involved with Thirteen means you can have your say on the things that matter most to you, your home and your community.

What’s been happening?

You can read about recent customer involvement activities in our annual reports and hear directly from customers about the work they’ve been doing.

We also have a Customer Involvement Framework that explains how we involve customers in decision-making and service improvement.

Join customer involvement

There are lots of ways to get involved including looking at how we can improve our services, taking part in surveys and helping us with reviews. You can also join one of our involvement groups.

We run five involvement groups as part of our customer involvement framework:

  • Repairs and Investment
  • Consumer Standards
  • Community Fund
  • Young Persons
  • Performance and Complaints Monitoring

Each group is led by a customer or community member and works together to:

  • Share feedback on service changes
  • Help decide how lour community fund is spent
  • Identify improvements

Groups meet regularly for around two hours, at our offices and on Microsoft Teams. You’ll also have the chance to join formal sessions with Thirteen colleagues to review policies, explore new contracts and shape future services.

  • Get support with training and travel
  • No experience needed – just a passion for your community

We know joining a new group can feel daunting, but our members are friendly, welcoming and passionate about making a difference – just like you.
