Your housing services co-ordinator works in your neighbourhood and knows your area well. They regularly visit estates, so it’s easy to speak to them if you have a concern about your tenancy or your community.
They’re here to help with a wide range of issues – and if they can’t help directly, they’ll put you in touch with someone who can.
You can meet your co-ordinator during one of their regular estate walkabouts.
Supported housing
If you live in extra care, sheltered or complex needs housing, you’ll have a living well co-ordinator instead. They offer the same support as housing services co-ordinators, with extra help tailored to your needs.
