We’re looking for people to join our Touchpoint team at our head office in Middlesbrough.
You’ll be one of the first people our customers speak to when they need help. That means every day is different, and every conversation matters.
As a touchpoint advisor, you’ll:
- Speak to customers on the phone and online
- Solve problems and find solutions
- Work as part of a friendly, supportive team
- Learn new systems and build your skills
We’ll train you and support you from day one.
