Customer engagement strategies
Working in partnership with our involved customers, we’ve created bespoke building safety customer engagement strategies for each of our high-rise blocks.
These strategies detail our approach to building safety and they provide our customers with important information about the building they live in, how we communicate and engage with them, key contact information and details on what we’re both responsible for to ensure the safety of everyone living in the building.
