Moving on from the project
When people are ready to move onto live independently, we support you with this transition. The service works closely with social landlords, local authority housing teams and private landlords in order to offer choice when residents are ready to move on. Floating support is offered to help with the transition into independent living as well as referrals and signposting to other appropriate community based services.
