Join us for our online customer open day

Customers are invited to come along to our online customer open day on Thursday, October 21, which will be held on Microsoft Teams.

By signing up for your free place, you'll hear from customers and colleagues about a number of projects at Thirteen, and you'll have the chance to get involved in workshops throughout the day.

Plus, you'll be entered into two prize draws for £50 shopping vouchers!

Here's what's on...

• 10-10.30am: find out about the fantastic work our involved customers have been doing

• 10.30-11.15am: hear from our chief executive, Ian Wardle, for an update about Thirteen and a Q&A

• 11.15-11.20am: help us decide our next customer stream leads

• 11.20am: a quick break

• 11.30am-12.25pm: meet our environmental team for a chat about climate change and the work we’ve been doing to reduce our impact. Plus, share your thoughts in a workshop about Thirteen’s plans to deliver greener, more energy efficient homes.

• 12.25-12.55pm: lunch break

• 12.55pm: welcome back

• 1-1.55pm: meet our community resilience team for a chat about their role and the work they’ve been doing so far to help customers in our neighbourhoods. Plus, share your thoughts in a workshop about community resilience.

• 1.55pm: final thoughts and thank yous

• 2pm: end of event
