30 homes between 2015 and 2019

Swainby Road - Norton Park

 

Following the demolition of properties by Tristar Homes, the new-build scheme is being developed by Keepmoat Homes, with Thirteen due to take handover of 30 homes as part of this much larger site between 2015 and 2019.

Our properties will include a mix of apartments, bungalows and houses for affordable rent. A number of properties are completed for occupation including:

  • 4 one bedroom apartments
  • 4 two bedroom apartments
  • 6 two bedroom bungalows
  • 2 two bedroom houses.

Phase 3

Queensgate

 

Phase three of the development at Queensgate will provide 21 homes in Stockton.

These will include houses for affordable rent and shared ownership, to be made up of:

  • 13 two-bedroom houses
  • 8 three-bedroom houses.

Phase three will be completed in May 2019, with phase four of the development to follow.

34 homes

Alma Street

We are working to develop a site on Alma Street in Stockton town centre.

The development will be made up of 34 apartments, houses and bungalows for affordable rent.

The homes are due to be completed in December 2019.

Homes in Yarm

Morley Carr Farm

 

We are the affordable housing provider on this larger 350 unit scheme in Yarm being constructed by Taylor Wimpey.

Construction has started on the wider scheme and when it's completed, we will have 70 properties: 21 will be available for shared ownership and 49 available for affordable rent.

Property types will include:

  • 20 one bedroom houses
  • 29 two bedroom houses
  • 21 three bedroom houses.

Properties are due to be handed over in stages between June 2017 and December 2022.

Riverside homes in Stockton

Northshore - known as Infinity Riverside

 

Phase three of a development to provide 20 homes on Stockton's riverside is underway at North Shore Road.

Known as Infinity Riverside on the north shore of the River Tees, the development is already providing high quality housing in a fantastic location with stunning views of the river. Close to water sports and other leisure activities and near to shops, cafes, bars and eateries, the development is a short walk away from Stockton town centre.

This phase of Infinity Riverside includes:

  • 20 houses for  shared ownership: 12 two-bed and 8 three-bedroom homes 

The whole scheme already includes 126 new homes, the Fusion Hive and Thirteen's head office.

Parkfield

Phase three of the Parkfield development will bring 52 homes for affordable rent.

This will include:

  • two-bedroom houses
  • three-bedroom houses

The third phase of the Parkfield development is due to be completed in December 2019.

Homes in Eaglescliffe

Urlay Nook - known as Sadlers View

 

We are the affordable housing provider on this Taylor Wimpey site which will eventually be made up of 145 homes. Construction on the wider scheme has started and we will have 29 homes: 19 of these will be available for affordable rent; the remaining 10 will be available for shared ownership.

Property types at Urlay Nook will include:

  • 21 two bedroom houses
  • 8 three bedroom houses.

Properties are due to be handed over in phases between December 2016 and March 2019.
