Elm House

We're expecting to take handover our first properties at our Elm House development in Stockton.

The development consists of 14 two-bedroom bungalows for affordable rent and is due for completion in January 2022.

21 affordable homes

Victoria

In November 2020, we took our first properties at our Victoria development in Stockton.

The development consists of 21 properties made up of:

  • 13 two-bedroom houses for affordable rent
  • 8 three-bedroom houses for affordable rent.

Junction Road

In March 2021, we took our final handover of properties at our Junction Road development in Stockton. The development consists of 10 properties which include:

  • 9 two-bedroom houses for affordable rent
  • 1 three-bedroom house for shared ownership.
