Advice and support

To make sure you get the most out of your time living in your home, we provide a range of advice and support services.

These include:

  • advice and signposting information to support with the cost of living
  • supporting customers with job searches and developing their skills for work. 
  • advice about managing energy in your home
  • support for people facing challenges in their lives including services for homeless people, ex-offenders, veterans, people with mental health issues, people recovering from substance misuse, families, women and young people. Find out more about our Care and Support services
  • specialist support for older and more vulnerable people to live independently for longer, the privacy of their own home and access to a range of care and support services. Find out more about our supported living services.
  • help for young people to get into employment, training or an apprenticeship through our employment support programme.
