Railway Housing Association and Thirteen are exploring an opportunity to come together, helping us to continue to improve homes, services and communities for years to come.
While no final decision has been made, we've been encouraged by how much we have in common. We share a commitment to providing quality homes, delivering great services and listening to our residents.
By coming together, we believe we can build on these strengths. We’ll continue to value the local relationships that matter while benefiting from the resources, expertise and opportunities a larger organisation can offer.
Most importantly, we’re committed to protecting the values that matter most. We’ll continue to listen to residents, work closely with our communities and keep people at the centre of the decisions we make.
If the proposal receives the necessary approvals, Railway would become part of Thirteen while continuing to operate as Railway for the first 12 months. During this time, we’d work closely with residents to carefully plan how services could come together in the future.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and make sure that any future decisions are guided by what’s best for residents, homes and communities.
If you’re a Railway resident
We want to reassure you that there would be no immediate changes to the services you receive or the colleagues you deal with.
You should continue to contact Railway in the usual way for repairs, rent enquiries, tenancy support, or any other services.
