Building safety
We carry out a range of work to help keep our customers and buildings as safe as possible.
We carry out a number of building safety checks. It is important that you understand why they are carried out and what you can do to help keep you and your family safe in your home.
We have developed bespoke resident engagement plans for our high-rise buildings.
Our calendar of events shows when we are taking part in a campaign, event or holding a meeting to raise awareness about building and fire safety.

Health and safety responsibilities
Matt Forrest, our chief executive, has overall responsibility for ensuring Thirteen is legal, safe and compliant.
Our health and safety lead is Peter Taylor, head of health and safety. Peter is also responsible for building safety and is supported by our health and safety committee and building safety groups.
