We are responsible for carrying out an electrical safety inspection in our customers’ homes every five years.
By law, a qualified and certified electrician must complete these inspections to ensure your electrical installation is safe and compliant.
Your Appointment
We will send you a letter to confirm your appointment. An electrician will visit your home and complete the electrical safety check free of charge.
Please make sure there’s someone at home on the appointment date.
If your appointment isn’t convenient, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us.
The inspection makes sure that your electrical system is safe and working properly. When it’s complete, we will give you a copy of the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
