Rob has over 30 years’ experience in HR, including senior roles at Seagram Spirits and Wine Group, Smith and Nephew plc, and Maxxium Worldwide BV. He’s now a partner at Mercer Consulting Group and holds an MSc in Politics, an MBA, and Chartered CIPD membership.
