Jim Scollen is Chair of Thirteen’s Involvement Framework and a member of the Customer Committee.
Having previously served as a stream lead within the framework, Jim brings valuable experience within customer involvement. He has a strong understanding of the importance of the customer voice and will continue the vital work in ensuring customers have their say in shaping services and influencing decision-making at Thirteen.
Jim was appointed Chair of the Involvement Framework from 1 November 2026 and brings his wealth of passion and experience to the Customer Committee.
