Thank you for your patience and understanding while we investigated issues at our Hartlepool store.
While we can’t share a reopening date just yet, we can confirm our investigations are complete and a contractor has been appointed to begin work today (Monday 1 June 2026).
We’re aiming to welcome customers back into our store by this summer and will keep you updated on progress.
In the meantime, you can continue to access face-to-face support from our pop-up store located upstairs in the Middleton Grange Shopping Centre, opposite Iceland.
We’re available Monday to Friday, 9:30am until 2:30pm, and every other Saturday, 9am – 2pm.
