Unfortunately, our permanent touchpoint store in Hartlepool is taking us a little longer to get ready, so we’ll be welcoming customers and the community to a new, temporary space in the Middleton Grange Shopping Centre, in Hartlepool.

Our opening hours are:
Monday: 9.30am - 2.30pm
Tuesday: 9.30am - 2.30pm
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 9.30am - 2.30pm
Friday: 9.30am - 2.30pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Colleagues will be on hand to help with lots of things including:
- Your home and tenancy
- Reporting a repair
- Finding a new home to rent or buy
- Employment support – from finding a job to training opportunities
- Getting support.
