Today we’re introducing Internet Paperless Direct Debit (IPDD), to make setting up a Direct Debit quicker and easier.
IPDD gives the option for Direct Debits to be set up completely online by the customer. There’s no paperwork and no delays. Customer details are checked straight away, and instructions are submitted securely in line with Direct Debit rules.
IPDD forms part of our wider payments system, which uses PayPoint to securely process Direct Debit instructions.
