We're pleased to let you know that our Hartlepool customer store will re-open on Monday 27 July.
We know how much our customers value having access to face-to-face support, and we'd like to thank you for your patience while we carried out essential maintenance work.
We'd also like to thank customers who used our temporary pop-up service while the store was closed.
You’ll be able to visit us at the store in the Middleton Grange Shopping Centre:
- Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
- Saturday 9am until 2pm
Whether you need to report a repair, discuss your tenancy, provide feedback, find a new home to rent or buy, or access employment support, our team will be ready to help.
Please help us spread the word. If you're talking to friends, family, neighbours or other Thirteen customers, let them know that our store will be reopening and our team will be ready to welcome them back.
