Railway Housing Association and Thirteen are exploring an opportunity to come together, helping create a stronger organisation with greater capacity to deliver even more for residents and communities.

Both organisations have found a strong cultural alignment and share a commitment to providing quality homes, delivering great services and listening to residents.

The proposal would bring together the strengths of both organisations while protecting the values that matter most.  If approved, Railway would continue to operate as Railway for the first 12 months, with no immediate changes to services.

Residents would continue to contact Railway in the usual way for repairs, rent enquiries and tenancy support during this period.

Both organisations are committed to keeping residents informed throughout the process and ensuring any future decisions are guided by what's best for residents and the communities they serve.
