How to sign up
Getting started only takes a few minutes.
- Download ‘Housing Perks’ from your phone's app store
- Enter your mobile number
- Select your landlord from the list
- Enter your tenancy reference number. You can find this on your rent statement or by calling our team on 0300 111 1000.
Start saving when you shop (online, or in-store where available).
What you get
With Housing Perks, you can access discounts on everyday essentials, including:

- Fuel
- Clothing
- Home essentials
- And days out.
You can also use Housing Perks with most existing offers, so you can save on top of in-store and online discounts.
How it works
You buy a voucher for the retailer, choose the amount, and it immediately appears in the app. Use it to pay as normal, and it automatically applies the discount.
