If your home has a balcony, please:

Never climb, sit or lean over balcony railings.

Always supervise children when they're using a balcony.

Keep balconies tidy and free from clutter.

Avoid storing large items, electrical appliances or flammable materials outside.

Do not use barbecues, fire pits or patio heaters on balconies.

Do not hang items from balcony railings, including planters, hanging baskets or decorations.
If you notice any damage, loose fittings or anything that doesn't look right, please contact us straight away.

Never use barbecues on balconies or inside communal areas.

Dispose of smoking materials carefully.

Keep communal areas clear at all times to ensure escape routes remain available in an emergency.
