While we can’t yet confirm when the store will re-open, we’re here to support our Hartlepool customers, whether that’s on the phone or online, and our teams will still be visible in the town.
In the meantime, we’ve moved our customer open day taking place next Tuesday to Hartlepool College of Further Education between 11am and 1pm.
Please be reassured that we’re committed to supporting our customers whenever they need us, and maintaining our presence in the community will remain our priority while this work takes place.
We’ll be working on putting some plans in place to offer face-to-face support and advice once we know more.
