We have published our Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2025/26, highlighting a year of improved customer satisfaction, a record number of new homes delivered and continued investment in homes and services.
For the third year running we have delivered a record number of new homes, completing 668 new affordable homes within the year.
Customer satisfaction increased to 92.7% up from 90% the previous year, demonstrating our continued focus on delivering services that matter most to customers.
Performance in repairs also improved, with 91.3% of non-emergency repairs completed within timescale (2025: 75.8%), with teams carrying out 166,305 responsive repairs during the year.
The report shows turnover increased to £234.9million (2025: £230.4million) while surplus rose to £38.8million (2025: £34.1million), providing a strong foundation for continued investment.
During the year, we invested £126.4million in maintaining and improving existing homes (2025: £114million), alongside £125million invested in new affordable homes.
Our Chief Resources Officer, Jane Castor, said: “This year’s results shows the progress we’re making across the organisation. We’ve continued to invest in our homes, improve services for customers and deliver more affordable homes than ever before for our communities.
